NaplesReviews LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"), provides Google review generation services to businesses in Naples, Florida. This explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what control you have.
What we collect
When you contact us
Our contact form and chat widget collect what you type: your name, business name, phone number, email address, business type, approximate monthly customer volume, which review platforms matter to you, your preferred contact method, and anything in the message field.
When you become a client
- Business information — legal name, address, hours, service list, and whatever else is needed to set up your review profiles.
- Google Business Profile access — see the next section, because this one deserves its own explanation.
- Billing information — we invoice you and you pay by PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App or check. Payment happens directly with whichever of those you choose; card and bank numbers are never entered on this website and we do not store them.
Automatically
Standard web server logs kept by our host — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. We do not run Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising script on this site, and we set no cookies of our own.
Google Business Profile access — what we can and can't do
Our service requires Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile. We want to be precise about this, because it's the most sensitive thing you give us.
Manager access lets us: post updates to your profile, respond to reviews, answer questions in the Q&A section, and read your profile's performance data.
Manager access does not let us: transfer ownership, remove you or any other owner, or delete the profile.
You remain the owner at all times, and you can remove our access from your own Google account in about thirty seconds without telling us first. We don't download, retain or resell your performance data beyond what appears in the reports we prepare for you.
Third parties who receive your information
Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
About the chat box. It is not an AI and it is not a third-party service. It answers from a fixed list of questions written on this page. Nothing you click or type is sent anywhere — the chat cannot transmit your phone number to us. To reach us, call, text or email.
Text messages
We only text you if you tick the consent box on our form or tell us to. Our contact form is not accepting submissions yet, so at present the only way to reach us is by phone or email.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and we stop immediately; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your service.
How long we keep things
- Enquiries that don't become clients: 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: the life of the engagement plus 7 years, for tax and legal purposes.
- SMS consent records: as long as we may need to demonstrate consent, and for at least 4 years after you opt out.
Your choices
Ask us any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email contact@naples.reviews or call (239) 631-0969. No charge, and we won't make it difficult.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to client information to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we won't pretend otherwise — but if a breach ever affected your information, we'd tell you.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients get sent by email.
